Is the spreadsheet located on a local drive on the server?
If not, can you try putting the spreadsheet there and seeing whether it works? If it does, this is likely to be a file access/permissions problem.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
