I'm looking into the possibility of changing our SSRS authentication mode from "Windows" to "Forms". While I can find plenty of documentation on how to make the change, I can't find anything that tells me what possible pitfalls I might run into.
The scenario is that we are merging a vendors reporting database with one that we already have set up. We use Windows, the vendor uses Forms. Since it's impossible to use two different authentication system, I'm trying to figure out what issues it might cause our system if I switch it over to the vendor's authentication.
Any thoughts? Has anyone run into an issue like this before?
