    Surely he expects you to figure it out by yourself? Are you going to tell him, when you present the answers, that they were given by other people?

    To recover without data loss, restore your last full backup and all log backups since that backup.

    If you have no DR server, then the DB is down until you can finish the restore. No way around that.
