Raising your concerns and documenting the concerns and that you have communicated them are crucial.If/When TSHTF, management will look for a scapegoat or someone to blame and it is easy for them to 'forget' you warned them. YOU become the convenient scapegoat because it was YOUR responsibility.
Even with documentation, you might still be the convenient scapegoat, but it becomes harder to paint you as the negligent one.
