    One of those you solve yourself:

    Issue was in the calculation of the Partition ID (computed column)

    [PartitionId] AS CONVERT([TINYINT],DATEDIFF(MONTH,(0),DateCreated)%(16)+(1),(0)) PERSISTED NOT NULL,
