Hello all,
I have a cluster using Always on on 2012 and i have set up a Witness file share which losts connectivity the other day and a failover was invoked.
Is there a threshold i can change so that the cluster can try a couple of more times to connect before it fails over ?
Thank you in advance

Whilst the link provided is good, you likely have a network issue here. Are the SQL server and file share witness machines on separate network portions?
Try implementing a file share witness on a server which is "local" to the SQL Server. Thoroughly test the network connectivity\latency between the original witness server and the SQL Server

thank you for the recommendations guys,
We have the witness on a NAS separate from the cluster.
