Thank Alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll......I think this is ok for all of us if i say like Thank you all...
But one thing whenever i post a query i get the answers soon from Mr.Gila Monster and Mr.Grant ,So i always thanking them by the Name...
Thats y i mentioned My Favorite Name ..:-)
Thanking people is not an issue at all. And, for my part, Gail is a constant source of knowledge and inspiration. But the real issue is that Gail is of the female persuasion, so calling her "Mr." sort of doesn't work. I think that's what people were pointing out.
