I am trying to deploy my SSRS report using RS utility. The dataset used in my report refers the sahred dataset.However report and shared datasets/ Data sources are in different folders hence I have to give reference of shared Datasets and shared data sources in my RSS script.
I am using DataSourcereference and Itemreference in my RSS script to refer shared data source and shared datasets rspectively.
It is supported with SQL server Report service endpoint 2010.
for this I add a parameter -e Mgmt2010 to rs.exe command.
But it gives an error:
The path of the item "ReportName" is not valid.The full path must be less than 260 characters long. Other restrictions apply. If the report server is in native mode, the path must start with slash.
When I remove the parameter -e Mgmt2010, I am able to deploy the report but can not refer the shared dataset/Data source in my report.
Can anyone please help me?
