Hello,
i want to drop all the non cluster indexes on a table. i do not know the names of the indexes. if there exists any non cluster indexes on the table, i need to drop them all.

What permission you do have on server/database?
You can run following command to find specific tables:
sp_helpindex [ @objname = ] 'name'
Also you can use following command to drop the specific index on a database
DROP INDEX <index_name> on <table_name>
