As far as SSRS goes, copying is the same as moving. You will need to configure SSRS in your QA environment, including setting up the RS databases. MAKE SURE you backup the encryption keys in both environments. then restore the databases from dev over the QA databases, after that you need to fix the encryption keys so you are using the right one.
