I have created a Cube with a Time Dimension. I have deployed this Cube on my local machine and on a remote Server.
When I connect Excel to the Cubes, from my local machine I get the Dates as dd/MM/yyyy but as M/d/yyyy from the remote Server.
I have tried to force the format in the Key Column properties of the Date Attribute but to no avail. I have also changed the Locale on the remote Server to be English UK instead of US.
I am a bit lost here as to where the Analysis Services decide to get the formatting from.
