Dear colleagues.
Recently I came across a very strange occurence on SQL2k8 R2, Enterprise edition.
I scheduled a job to run once at exact day and time, i.e. 27/10/2013 at 03:15.
However, job history shows that the job was executed exactly 24 hours later, i.e. the next day, 28/10/2013 at 03:15.
(Tried to attach screenshots but failed, sorry)
Has anyone come across this bizarre behaviour? Any hints, tips and tricks?

Hi just a question in order to clarify your problem: at which exact time you created this job schedule?
Second question: is there a job schedule with the same exact name and ID?

Job schedule was created on October 24, i.e. 3 days before it was scheduled to run.
There are no jobs/schedules on the server with identical job/schedule names/IDs.

why do i read the year 2012 in the job history?
