Hi at one of client side i am not able to send mail i am getting following error
The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure.Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (Failure sending mail.).
i have enabled Database Mail XPs and is_broker_enabled is also enabled.
Please help i am not able to pin point issue.
ping and telent statsu to smpt server is also positive

what were the results of your initial investigation? have you checked the logs in sql and in windows?

You also want to check your anti-virus software and firewalls and be sure DatabaseMail is permitted.

hi both u of u thanks .Issue was my server was not listed in exchange server .it is what network guy who work tell told me , but any ways thanks got many queries thanks to Carlaabanes
