Would you please provide some links or books details to learn to become Database Architect.

I don't really know of any. Data Architect is a pretty loose term for someone with a lot of experience and knowledge who can help you build, architect, your systems at multiple levels. My best suggestion is, build systems. Learn how SQL Server works. Learn SSIS, SSRS, SSAS. Also, understand programming and programming languages and how they work. Understand some of the programming methodologies. Understand how the network works. Learn how the OS works. In short, you're looking at a 7-10 year journey to be able to realistically say "I'm a data architect."

I would recommend looking at the traning requirements for the Microsoft Certified Master. If the MCMs on here are anything to go by then with the right experience you could be well on your way to becoming a system architect.

Seconding Grant. Architect of any type requires years of experience, of working in the field and then learning the architecture side of things.

I would disagree. The MCM is not an architectural certification (that's the MCA, which required a significant amount of architectural experience). The MCM was a technical certification, implementation, not architecture.

Thank you guys,

In short, we need to know everything about SQL and related to SQL. Even if we know everything, doubts are there from where I need to start my job on a new project. How should I approach? Where should I start the documentation? These all are some of the doubts.

Recently I had gone through Brien M.Posey's one article about SAN. In that he mentioned "Reading this article series won’t make you a SAN expert, but it should give you a much better understanding of Storage Area Networking".

At least an introduction about a data architect like above is enough for a kick start.
