  Hi,

  While checking the estimated compression saving with one of our huge table with size 100 Gigs+, I ran into Time-Out buffer latch error and not able to proceed further, even I am facing the same issue while rebuilding the database where this table exists and not able to rebuild the database.

  Appreciate any advice.

  Windows 2003 server

  SQL Server 2008

  RAM: 128 GB

  CPU: 24
