  hi all

  please help me to create good performance plan for my database.In SQL default maintenance plan are there but my former DBA deployed one small script from the following link

  same query in the above link

  i am running this query monthly once, but after run the query next 3 to 4 days mt database is very slow and some scheduler are taking more than 5 hours to complete,its normal running time is 30 mins only.

  can anybody help me to create good maintainance plan.

  Take a look at http://ola.hallengren.com/. He has created a custom maintenance solution. These are highly recommended by many DBA's in the field.
