Ways to move only table data in database?

    Hi

    i have two databases in different instances i need to transfer data between two tables are by querry can any one specify the ways for the above process

    By query, then use linked servers

    You can do this by using the script wizard. Basically right click database/task/generate script....this will open the script wizard, then script out the table you want and apply in the other database.
