Hi,
we have given access based on a domain\username.
i want to give a report which needs to be acess given to all employees.
is there any way to give for all employees.

domain\groupname.
All you need to do is find a groupname that covers everyone you want included.

Additionally, you could use the built-in authenticated users group from active directory. It's slightly more secure than the everyone group, because you have to at least be authenticated to the domain.
Ideally though, you probably already have a mail enabled security group for e-mailing things company wide. That might be the group to use.
