Missing the Control Flow tasks in the Toolbox

    Hi!

    I am on the Control Flow tab.

    In my Toolbox, I only see Maintenance Plan Tasks and General. There is nothing under General. When I right-click in there and select Choose Items, I do see the SSIS Control Flow Items tab. They are all unchecked. When I check them all and click Ok, they now all appear in the Toolbox under General.

    Why doesn't a Control Flow menu appear in the Toolbox?

    What tool are you using, SSMS or BIDS?

    I'm using BIDS.

    On the Toolbox plan. right click and select Show All. This should display the tools in the toolbox. Hope this helps.
